Google OS sneak peak at what it is going to look like

Google OSAt errandbug we do a lot of our work out in the vehicle. We have several small laptops that we use to keep track of orders and to organize our day. We are looking forward to the google OS coming out cause it will simplify how we work quite a bit. The google OS is a little different from Windows. It is based on Linux and basically just runs a web browser. This is prefect for what most people do. Google has all their free applications already built, an office suite, calendar, email, etc. So basically you install their small OS on your laptop or desktop, connect to the internet, and that is it. It should run bloody fast on just about any PC out there and be almost immune to virus and spyware issues since based on Linux. Linux is an alternative OS that is used mostly in web servers. There are some screenshots of what it is looking like today. These look pretty official since there is a developers note on the edge lower left hand side of screen with version number. These look a lot better than earlier pics I have seen. The other thing google is really shooting for is simplicity. The simpler they keep it the faster it runs and the easier it is for the masses to get acqainted with it. Once it is launched there will most likely be a huge marketing campaign in which google leverages their search engine to let everyone know that it is available. Can not wait for my first chance to throw it on one of our laptops!
